Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: One Single Flower

I have to admit that Cee does challenge me in her challenges. (repetitive, yes)  So this one is about one single flower. If you follow my work you know that I have a LOT of one single flower photos. So I didn’t want to take one of my already done over photos for this challenge but picked out some new ones.

First off the block is one of my favorites. It is a double bloom gerbera daisy that I happened upon at Atwoods at home. It was on a single stem so it should qualify as a single flower, correct? I tried some photo manipulation but it just never looked like I think the flower should so I went with it in natural setting.

Second is one that is a bit on the monochrome side. It is a beautiful rose with colors so soft that you can’t visually always grab the vibrance of them.

Third one is a flower that I have no idea what it is. It was just pretty. The background was desaturated and I opened up the color on the flower.

    • Thank you! I was so surprised to find it in the pot at the store – and no one else had noticed to purchase it! My photographer self just had to have it. And the color was gorgeous!

    • Thank you, Cee! I love the flowers! They all have such differences when you get close enough to look at them. The daisy is one of my favs and is actually the wallpaper to my iPad! :-D
