Bloom of the Week Wednesday: Halloween 2012!
It’s Wednesday so it’s Bloom of the Week but it’s also Halloween….so I wanted to take a couple of my flower photos and make them more to the spooky side. Here is what I came up with!

The gorgeous falls area in the Columbia River Gorge near the famous Multnomah Falls is absolutely beautiful!! I was mesmerized by the nature and impressed by the cleanliness of the trails. So here is my favorite spot from my hike and I swear if I come back in another life as a pixy this will be my summer home!!

Found these in the Columbia River Gorge falls area. They aren’t as in focus as I like but they are pretty, nonetheless.
This first one is wicked looking to me – such structure and color! I was quite wowed by it!
Nostalgia Photo Challenge: Depth of field
I’ve just started participating in a new challenge hosted by Nostalgia Photo Challenge. Each month they host a different challenge. This month it is depth of field. Here is the photo I have entered. 
Weekly Photo Challenge: Unfocused
This photo was taken in the Columbia River Gorge falls area. The little birdie was just steps ahead of me and as I followed him he snuck behind some grass to get a look at me. The photo came out as focused on the grass rather than the bird so it seems a perfect fit for this week’s Weekly Photo Challenge.
